Re-Manufacturing Process(Black, Colour & MICR)Re-manufacturing of toner cartridge is done by reusing outer shell of the cartridge which is durable and can be used several times by changing all the active parts of the cartridge to make it work like a new cartridge.Many have misunderstood the re-manufacturing process as this process differs from refilling process where vendors take your old cartridge and just add toner powder. This is a simple process where no active parts of the cartridge are removed and instead the toner powder is contaminated with old toner powder thus posing problems of incompatibility, sub-standard quality printing, much less printing output and could cause damage to your laser printer.In our factory, we dismantle entire cartridge, flush out old toner powder with high-pressure through dry air stream, change every active parts and seal it to make it as good as new or at times better than OEM cartridges as the contents replaced in re-manufacturing process are of higher qualities.Our cartridges are certified by Maharashtra Polution Control Board (MPCB) Pollution free and Environmental friendly.
